Supply and Demand Planner

About the role

The RTM Manager will lead the end‑to‑end supply planning process for our Dubai operations, covering warehousing, demand forecasting and re‑export procedures from the free‑zone warehouse. The role ensures a smooth, efficient supply chain that meets quality standards and supports business growth across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, plant warehouse and business development teams to align supply activities.
• Engage with external suppliers, carriers and vendors to maintain material flow and resolve disruptions.
• Implement and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, setting parameters for new product launches.
• Develop SAP planning capabilities for key users and monitor inventory levels against KPI targets.
• Lead stock‑take audits, track freight and warehousing costs, and report findings to senior leadership.
• Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, data analysis and dashboard preparation.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs and increase supply chain responsiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in material planning, demand forecasting, inventory management or purchasing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across functions and with external partners.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
