Supply Chain Analyst / Specialist (Food & Beverage)

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst / Specialist to optimise the end‑to‑end supply chain for food and beverage products. You will work closely with procurement, operations, warehouse, finance, sales and F&B teams to ensure product availability, cost efficiency and high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, demand patterns and purchasing activities to identify shortages or excess stock.
• Support demand forecasting and coordinate replenishment to maintain appropriate safety stock.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier sourcing, evaluation and performance tracking.
• Coordinate logistics, order fulfilment and delivery schedules across the network.
• Prepare supply chain reports and analyse data to highlight process gaps and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication and negotiation skills for cross‑functional and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality control or F&B supply chain requirements is an advantage.
