Supply Chain Warehouse Officer

About the role

The Supply Chain Warehouse Officer will manage day‑to‑day operations of the Uniform Distribution Centre for Emirates Group employees. The role covers issuing uniforms, maintaining stock levels, and supporting multiple Emirates facilities across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Issue uniform items to staff according to entitlements and arrange any required alterations.
• Review requisitions, monitor order status with buyers and suppliers, and lead physical stocktakes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, analyse cycle‑count reports and recommend adjustments to minimise holding costs.
• Ensure the Uniform Distribution Centre team delivers excellent customer service and meets departmental needs.
• Identify and resolve daily operational issues, escalating to management when necessary.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years experience in non‑aircraft procurement and inventory management, preferably in garment or textile industry.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience within a large service organisation.

Required skills

• Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
