Supply Management Business Partner Analyst

About the role

The Business Partner Analyst will support day‑to‑day supply management activities for the unit in Abu Dhabi, acting as a liaison between end users and the supply management function. You will collect data, assist with training, and ensure that supply management processes are followed across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organise data related to department projects that require supply management input.
• Support unit training on supply management procedures and assist users with technical specifications.
• Share up‑to‑date information from the Category unit to keep the team informed.
• Assist throughout the supply management lifecycle: pre‑market assessments, market testing (quotes, tenders, EOIs), evaluations, contract awarding, and supplier performance management.
• Facilitate delivery of the supply management strategy in collaboration with business units.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining probity and minimizing risk.
• Coordinate unit activities, track successes and challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with governance specialists to ensure compliance with procurement and risk frameworks.
• Perform any other duties as required by the line manager.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in supply management or related procurement activities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organise and present data.
• Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ability to follow departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
