Supply Planner – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Adisseo is seeking a Supply Planner for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The role ensures product availability across assigned countries, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and supports the IMEA supply planning operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply planning activities for assigned MEA countries and support IMEA planning cycles.
• Monitor daily product availability, order book and resolve supply constraints promptly.
• Coordinate forecast updates, monthly planning cycles and participate in planning meetings such as Microvit, AT88, RCM/RBM.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales and Regional Planning to guarantee uninterrupted supply.
• Support customer service with product availability, order prioritisation and supply queries.
• Collaborate with Europe Supply Planning on diluted materials and vitamin inventory.
• Process credit and debit notes for regional business (AFSAS & Turkey).
• Monitor inventory levels, identify risks and communicate recovery plans.
• Prepare and maintain supply planning KPIs, reports and master data in SAP.
• Participate in supply chain projects focused on process improvement, digitalisation and inventory optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in French and English; currently based in the Middle‑East or Africa.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
