Supply Planner (UAE National)

About the role

The Supply Planner will balance inventory availability with sourcing to meet customer demand while supporting service level and working capital goals. You will validate forecasts, monitor inventory, and coordinate closely with internal and external partners to ensure timely supply.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finished‑goods inventory for locally produced and internationally sourced products.
• Continuously update supply plans based on demand signals, supplier capacity and in‑transit visibility.
• Execute supply‑planning and MRP activities in line with Agthia policies, considering lead times, MOQs, shelf life, import timelines and logistics constraints.
• Develop and maintain sourcing, replenishment and purchasing plans, ensuring timely PR releases and optimal use of supplier contracts.
• Control finished‑goods inventory, monitoring stock ageing, expiry exposure and batch management.
• Optimize inventory parameters (minimum, maximum, safety stock) to balance service levels and working capital.
• Prepare and circulate Slow‑Moving, Excess and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory reports and drive mitigation actions with cross‑functional teams.
• Periodically review planning parameters and assess impact on inventory health and working capital.
• Monitor sales and supply performance against budget and supplier contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply planning.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is preferred.
