Surveillance Team Leader

About the role

The Surveillance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the surveillance unit within a fast‑paced iGaming environment. Acting as the main communication bridge between operators, Game Integrity and Risk & Fraud Management, the role ensures effective monitoring, incident resolution and compliance with best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and verify reported incidents, escalating when necessary and supporting disciplinary actions.
• Oversee testing and performance validation of surveillance systems in collaboration with QA and development teams.
• Monitor online and physical environments to detect suspicious or non‑compliant activities.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports for incident tracking and operational transparency.
• Coordinate task distribution, handle live escalations and support decision‑making during critical cases.
• Mentor and train Surveillance Operators, ensuring professional growth and adherence to standards.
• Contribute to monthly bonus reviews and performance evaluations by verifying task completion and sanction justifications.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in surveillance or risk/fraud roles within the iGaming industry.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying irregularities in online gaming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 schedule.
• University degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of surveillance systems and video monitoring consoles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Word).
• Familiarity with advanced surveillance software tools.
• Experience using data analysis platforms such as Tableau or SQL.
