About the role
The Swim Coach will plan and deliver structured swim lessons for children and adults of varying skill levels, focusing on technique, endurance, and water confidence. The position is based on‑site in Sharjah within a multi‑sport academy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and conduct swim training sessions for different age groups and abilities.
- Monitor pool safety and enforce academy and facility rules.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff and support academy values of sportsmanship and healthy living.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of proven swimming coaching experience.
- Experience in leadership roles such as Head Coach or Senior Swimming Coach is preferred.
- Valid swimming/coaching certifications and licences; driving licence preferred.
