About the role

We are looking for a qualified Swim Instructor to lead structured swimming classes for participants of all ages and skill levels. The role involves planning lessons, managing a personal client roster, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment in our aquatic facilities.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver structured swimming lessons for beginners to advanced swimmers.
Manage individual client schedules and maintain accurate lesson records.
Foster positive relationships with members, parents, and fellow staff.
Maintain necessary documentation for each lesson, including attendance and progress notes.
Coordinate with the department’s administration to keep records and schedules up‑to‑date.

Required profile

Certified Level 2 STA Award (or equivalent swimming instruction qualification).
Current First Aid and Rescue certification.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a personal client base.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

Rescue procedures.
