Swim Teaching Educator and Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

Hamilton Training (HT) is looking for a passionate Swim Teaching Educator and Quality Assurance Officer to join its Dubai team. You will lead the delivery of Swim England Level 1 & 2 courses and STA Swim Teaching qualifications while ensuring the highest standards of aquatics education.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver the annual calendar of Swim England Level 1 and Level 2 courses.
• Prepare and deliver the annual calendar of STA Swim Teaching qualifications.
• Conduct monthly staff training to meet contractual obligations.
• Liaise with Training Admin and Marketing Assistant to ensure smooth course operations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of course delivery and conduct teacher/coach audits.
• Generate leads and arrange meetings to support business growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Swim England Tutor.
• Qualified First Aid Instructor.
• Relevant safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH or NPMQ) preferred.
• Experience as a swimming school coordinator, senior swimming teacher, club coach or Swim England development officer.
• Strong technical knowledge in aquatics and a passion for mentoring teachers and coaches.
