About the role
The company is seeking a System Administrator to manage and support server infrastructure across both cloud and on‑premises environments. You will be responsible for ensuring system security, performance, and reliability while collaborating with security and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software in cloud and on‑premises environments.
- Manage virtual environments and container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Tanzu.
- Perform remediation actions on security findings and assist with OS hardening.
- Develop and apply automations to improve IT operational efficiency.
- Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system documentation.
- Ensure system security, data backup, and administer Office365.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Industry certifications preferred (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, RHCE) and cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
Required skills
- Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
- VMware and Hyper‑V virtualization.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and Tanzu container technologies.
- Office365 administration.
