System Analyst – ERP & Retail Integration

About the role

The System Analyst will manage and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and LS Retail/LS Central environments, ensuring reliable integration across ERP, POS, warehouse, and payment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017/2018, Business Central and LS Retail functional processes, including POS, inventory, sales, and finance.
• Analyse business requirements, configure functional parameters, and coordinate system enhancements, testing, and deployments.
• Maintain GL mapping, reconcile posting discrepancies, and support finance validation of business rules.
• Handle XML transaction processing, troubleshoot rejected files, and coordinate changes with vendors.
• Gather integration requirements, prepare functional specifications for APIs (REST/SOAP), and validate data flows between ERP and third‑party applications.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and LS Retail.
• Background in retail, multi‑store, fashion or distribution environments.
• Proven experience coordinating ERP integrations and custom development.
