Tailor Master

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Tailor Master to design and create custom garments for our discerning clientele in Dubai. You will lead the full tailoring process, from fabric selection to final fitting, while ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Measure clients accurately and translate specifications into bespoke garments.
• Oversee fabric selection, pattern making, cutting, stitching, and final fittings.
• Train and mentor junior tailors, sharing advanced techniques and best practices.
• Conduct client consultations to capture style preferences and design requirements.
• Collaborate with fashion designers to develop unique pieces that reflect current trends.
• Implement quality‑control procedures to guarantee defect‑free garments before delivery.
• Maintain an organized, well‑equipped workspace for efficient operations.
• Prepare precise quotes and project timelines, ensuring transparent communication.
• Utilize digital pattern‑making and fitting simulation tools to enhance precision and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Proven experience in custom tailoring and garment construction.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of junior tailors.
• Excellent client‑service skills and the capacity to interpret design concepts.
