About the role

We are looking for experienced HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring decision‑makers and earn rewards for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting and hiring leaders in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and supports fair, efficient hiring.
• Gather feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Support onboarding of referred clients, including your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active network of hiring stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable communicating remotely and managing your own schedule.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition tools.
