Talent Acquisition Executive – Education

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive – Education will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for teaching and non‑teaching positions within Gems Education, based in Dubai. Reporting to the Team Lead, the role ensures a high‑quality candidate experience and strong partnership with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted recruiting strategies for a variety of teaching and non‑teaching roles.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define job requirements and essential skills.
• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle: post openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, check references and coordinate offers.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using social media, job boards, referrals, networking and creative sourcing methods.
• Represent Gems positively at recruitment events, job fairs and university outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleges and universities to attract new graduates and alumni for teaching positions.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies, local and national regulations.
• Provide excellent service to both hiring managers and candidates, acting as an ambassador for Gems’ values.
• Track candidates through each stage using the ATS and produce regular recruitment metrics reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal talent acquisition or a recruitment agency.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and strong commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering a superior candidate experience.
• Willingness to learn, develop and adapt to new ways of working.
• Ability to maintain regular reporting and performance metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
