Talent Acquisition Executive – Emirati Talent

About the role

Noon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead Emiratization hiring across the UAE. You will partner with hiring managers, manage end‑to‑end recruitment for UAE nationals, and drive the Graduate Trainee Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top UAE National talent in line with Emiratization targets.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for Emirati candidates, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build pipelines through universities, career fairs, Nafis and other government partnerships.
• Lead the Graduate Trainee Programme, overseeing selection, rotations and development plans.
• Handle employee grievances for Emirati staff, ensuring fair and confidential resolution.
• Track and report Emiratization metrics to ensure compliance with MoHRE and Nafis requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field, with or working towards a recognized HR qualification.
• 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience, including Emiratization hiring.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MoHRE regulations and Emiratization (Nafis) requirements.
• Ability to deliver HR process improvements and ensure compliance.
