Talent Acquisition Executive - GCC & Emiratisation

About the role

This role manages end-to-end recruitment across Corporate and Retail functions within the GCC region, attracting, selecting and hiring quality talent aligned with business needs. It also drives Emiratisation initiatives in line with local regulatory requirements and workforce strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for Corporate, Retail Operations and Store-based roles across the GCC, including sourcing via portals, social media, referrals, headhunting and agencies, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical retail roles such as Sales Consultants and Store Managers
• Drive Emiratisation by building relationships with universities, career fairs and government entities, tracking metrics and supporting onboarding and retention of UAE/GCC nationals
• Forecast hiring needs with HR Business Partners and line managers, and share market intelligence on salary benchmarks and competitor trends
• Prepare job descriptions, ensure compliance with internal policies and local labour laws, and generate recruitment reports (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness)
• Promote the employer brand in the luxury/jewellery retail sector, support recruitment campaigns, social media hiring and campus engagement, and take part in career fairs across the GCC

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in retail, luxury or jewellery
• Experience with high-volume retail hiring and corporate recruitment
• Proven exposure to Emiratisation hiring initiatives; GCC recruitment experience is essential
