Talent Acquisition & HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, performance‑driven Talent Acquisition & HR Executive to lead recruitment for technical, digital and AI roles across our multinational business. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with teams in the UAE, UK and USA and report to the Director.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for AI, Machine Learning, software engineering and other emerging technology positions, as well as non‑technical roles in operations, accounts, design and administration.
• Proactively source and head‑hunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping and global sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication and offer negotiations across UAE, UK and USA time zones.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS and support employee onboarding and HR administration.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a track record of sourcing AI, Machine Learning or software engineering talent.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates internationally and manage multiple vacancies in a KPI‑driven environment.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
