Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the group’s sourcing and talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the timely availability of talent aligned with business needs. This role partners with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to drive efficient, fair, and data‑driven recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple portals, job boards and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct first‑level screening, shortlisting and in‑depth interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competence.
• Maintain candidate relationship management and coordinate interview logistics.
• Develop and revise recruitment specifications for each vacancy.
• Prepare offers, negotiate within approved limits and manage onboarding dates.
• Ensure compliance with regional labour laws, regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of extensive recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑building skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with focus on data and analytics.

Required skills

• Expertise in sourcing strategies, interview techniques and onboarding processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology.
• Strong IT skills for data manipulation, formatting and reporting.
• Familiarity with job boards and regional labour law compliance.
