Talent Acquisition Manager – Non‑Education

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager – Non‑Education will lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and non‑education positions across Cognita schools and regional offices in Dubai. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and market mapping.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Provide guidance and training on recruitment best practices and ATS usage.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and support recruitment events and campaigns.
• Contribute to workforce planning, reporting and wider recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of full‑cycle recruitment experience across specialist and corporate functions.
• Proven ability to source high‑quality talent via social media, professional networks and CV databases.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills with senior leaders.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Experience in‑house recruitment preferred; agency experience also considered.
• University degree; HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) and education sector experience are desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
• Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
