About the role
Royal Health Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to lead the recruitment of clinical and non‑clinical staff for its network of healthcare facilities in Al Ain, UAE. The role focuses on sourcing physicians, nurses, allied health professionals and administrative personnel, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from attraction to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, selection, offer negotiation, pre‑joining and onboarding.
- Lead hiring for physicians, nurses, allied health and administrative/support positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads and senior stakeholders.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, professional networks and international talent pools.
- Conduct CV screening, assessments, interviews and coordinate selection processes.
- Negotiate salaries and extend offers to selected candidates.
- Coordinate licensing, credentialing, DataFlow and other pre‑employment requirements for healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and health‑authority regulations, including DOH guidelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipelines, trackers and regular reports.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, vacancy turnover and progress against targets.
- Develop talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and critical healthcare roles.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven talent acquisition experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated success recruiting physicians, allied health, nursing and administrative staff.
- Good knowledge of UAE healthcare recruitment, licensing and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, organised, detail‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
- CIPD certification is a plus.
