Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR activities for Bangkok Home Health Care Services LLC in Al Ain, UAE. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures the organization’s workforce is recruited, supported and compliant with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning for the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer compensation, benefits and leave.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management processes.
• Coordinate training, development programmes and HR reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in HR within a healthcare or home‑health setting in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to work on‑site in Al Ain and handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
