Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Real Estate Background)

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Real Estate background) sources, attracts, interviews, hires and onboards employees. The role calls for a proactive approach to finding top talent, a clear understanding of the company's hiring needs and culture, and full-cycle recruiting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and attraction: build sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events and referrals, and maintain a talent pipeline
• Screening and selection: review applications, run phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews, and coordinate the interview process
• Hiring and onboarding: partner with hiring managers, extend offers, negotiate terms and oversee onboarding
• Employer branding: work with marketing to promote the employer brand and take part in career fairs and networking events
• Metrics: track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and candidate satisfaction, and report on recruitment effectiveness
• Compliance and documentation: keep accurate records and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Stakeholder management: build relationships with hiring managers and HR, and share regular updates on the pipeline

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Experience with ATS and HR databases
• Interviewing skills and knowledge of assessment techniques
