Talent Acquisition Specialist – 18‑Month Contract

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an 18‑month contract to support strategic hiring across emerging markets in the MENA and Eurasia regions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract and select top talent, positioning the company as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions, lead strategy meetings with hiring managers, and define recruitment approaches.
• Source candidates using Boolean searches, professional networks, social media, referrals, and internal CRM.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and evaluate candidates on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Create and execute pipelines to increase candidate flow and diversify sources.
• Coach hiring managers through the selection process and coordinate offer preparation, extension, and negotiation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of client‑facing recruitment experience, in‑house or agency.
• Experience recruiting for life‑science, medical‑device or pharmaceutical roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging markets in the MENA and Eurasia regions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks with TA coordinators.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service focus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social‑media sourcing tools.
• Experience using SuccessFactors ATS (preferred).
• Ability to conduct both face‑to‑face and virtual competency‑based interviews.
• Knowledge of Russian, Turkish or Arabic is a plus.
