Talent Acquisition Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, sourcing and selecting high‑quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers and the TA team, the role supports business objectives through timely hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition approval to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates via job boards, databases, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview logistics and guide candidates and managers through each stage.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives such as job fairs and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the TA Officer for interview scheduling, documentation and compliance.
• Participate in onboarding activities with the Employer Brand & Onboarding Specialist.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements.
• Promote Emiratization, diversity and inclusion through unbiased sourcing and selection.
