About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic Speaker) will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of functions, ensuring a high‑quality hiring experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers, source candidates through innovative channels, and support compliance with Abu Dhabi Government recruitment policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media to source qualified candidates.
• Build talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and apply Boolean search techniques.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer management.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and ensure compliance with government guidelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Government recruitment procedures and employment regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
