Talent Acquisition Specialist – Dubai

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for ANAROCK Middle East in Dubai, supporting the company’s growth in the luxury real‑estate market. This full‑time, on‑site position partners with hiring managers to attract and select top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans.
• Post and update job openings across relevant channels.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ATS data.
• Support employer branding initiatives on digital platforms.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Ensure compliance with fair, inclusive hiring standards.
• Represent ANAROCK professionally in all candidate interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Strong background in interview and assessment processes.
• Exposure to employer branding activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Understanding of local employment regulations and inclusive hiring practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Basic HR analytics capabilities.
