Talent Acquisition Specialist – Emiratization (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Grant Thornton UAE is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive its Emiratization strategy. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for UAE National positions across Advisory, Tax, Assurance and Internal Client Services, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to meet hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle recruitment for UAE National roles in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, career fairs and professional networks.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to the Emiratization project manager.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and candidate tracking data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting UAE Nationals and supporting Emiratization programmes.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different business functions and locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate screening and interview assessment capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
