Talent Acquisition Specialist - Emiratization & UAE Nationals

About the role

Grant Thornton UAE, a professional services firm offering audit, assurance, tax and advisory services, is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to support its Emiratization and UAE National hiring strategy within Internal Client Services. The role covers sourcing, screening and managing UAE National talent across Advisory, Tax, Assurance and Internal Client Services, working closely with senior stakeholders to meet hiring needs and Emiratization objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for UAE National positions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah
• Help develop and run sourcing strategies to attract high-quality UAE National talent
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, career fairs and other channels to build talent pipelines
• Screen candidates and assess their fit against role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business leaders
• Give regular recruitment updates and market insights to the Emiratization project manager
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Contribute to Emiratization initiatives and hiring targets, and help with employer branding aimed at UAE National talent
• Keep accurate recruitment records, reports and candidate tracking data

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated experience recruiting UAE Nationals and supporting Emiratization programs
• Experience handling several vacancies at once across different functions and locations
