Talent Acquisition Specialist – Family Business & Private Office

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience recruiting for family‑owned businesses and family offices. The role involves full‑cycle hiring across our group companies and confidential hiring for the family’s private affairs, requiring high discretion and strong stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across group entities, from role scoping to offer and onboarding.
• Partner directly with business unit heads and, where relevant, family principals to understand hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and manage confidential searches for private/household and family office roles with the highest level of discretion.
• Build and maintain a trusted talent pipeline for recurring and sensitive positions.
• Conduct thorough background and reference checks appropriate to high‑trust roles.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with UAE labour law and internal governance.
• Manage candidate experience and employer branding across LinkedIn and relevant job boards.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning, succession considerations, and retention strategy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters relating to family members, compensation, and organizational structure.

Required profile

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrable experience in a family‑owned business, family office, or private household/UHNWI environment.
• Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive searches.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and visa/recruitment processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and family hierarchies.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a strong advantage.
• Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
