Talent Acquisition Specialist – Group Companies/F&B

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and headhunting for our diverse group of companies operating in retail, luxury, F&B, hospitality and manufacturing. The role reports directly to the Group MD and works closely with business unit heads to deliver high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding handover.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and maintain pipelines across multiple sectors.
• Conduct market mapping, direct headhunting and use LinkedIn, job portals and referrals to source candidates.
• Screen CVs, conduct first‑round interviews, shortlist and present candidates to senior stakeholders.
• Handle offer negotiations, coordinate acceptance and ensure smooth handover to HR for visa and onboarding.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on recruitment or headhunting experience in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE employment market and an established professional network.
• Proven ability to recruit both senior management and high‑volume operational roles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
