Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Nationwide Middle East Properties is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi. The role will drive end-to-end recruitment for the fast-growing real-estate business, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: draft job descriptions, post ads, source, screen, interview candidates and negotiate offers.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, social media and professional networks to build a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout interview and onboarding phases.
• Act as brand ambassador, promoting company culture to attract high-quality applicants.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Support onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in real-estate or property management.
• HR certification such as PHR, CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin) highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other online sourcing platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
