Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Jetex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across its global network. You will partner with hiring managers, source high‑quality candidates, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for every applicant.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and craft market‑relevant job descriptions.
• Manage recruitment for multiple departments, functions, and international locations.
• Proactively headhunt and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job portals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify candidate pools and competitor talent.
• Advertise vacancies on recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and assessments with senior leadership.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform reference checks, support salary discussions, and prepare offers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Support pre‑employment and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail, or a fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Hands‑on experience in headhunting and proactive sourcing.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (including Boolean searches and talent mapping).
• Use of job portals, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
