Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding construction operations across the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring high‑quality technical and professional talent for site‑based, engineering, and corporate positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for construction and engineering roles.
• Partner with Project Managers, Engineering Heads, and HR to define manpower needs.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
• Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interview panels.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming projects.
• Handle offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction roles and project‑based hiring.
• Proven sourcing and headhunting experience for technical positions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
