Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Otis Elevator Company in Dubai. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for our elevator, escalator and moving walkway business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through social platforms, professional networks and job boards.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle in Workday, including screening calls, assessments and in‑person interviews.
• Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Provide analytical recruiting reports and dashboards.
• Maintain candidate relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the process.
• Prepare and issue offer letters for new hires.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
• BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Workday (Applicant Tracking System).
• Proficiency with social media and professional networking sites for sourcing.
