Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple hospitality properties. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to attract and secure top talent in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define workforce needs and role requirements.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to fill cluster‑wide vacancies.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the ATS and other recruitment databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure clear communication with candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Work with HR and training teams to facilitate onboarding and new‑hire integration.
• Monitor recruitment trends and suggest improvements to hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a multi‑property/cluster environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
