About the role
INDEX Holding is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Dubai HR team. The role covers end‑to‑end recruitment, proactive sourcing, headhunting, pipeline development and close collaboration with hiring managers across multiple business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
- Proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and competency‑based interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
