Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and direct search.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, extend offers and handle pre‑joining follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Track recruitment KPIs, hiring status and recruitment MIS, ensuring timely ATS updates and process compliance.
• Support employer branding and talent‑mapping initiatives while maintaining a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search and ATS.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
