Talent Acquisition Specialist - Legal Recruitment

About the role

RAYNE is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for its headquarters team. The role is the key driver of talent acquisition, focused on attracting, engaging and maintaining relationships with exceptional legal professionals across the region, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a first-class recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for legal consultants across the GCC.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-calibre lawyers, becoming their trusted career advisor.
• Source, screen and assess candidates to build a high-quality talent pool.
• Partner with internal teams to align hiring needs with market talent availability.
• Represent RAYNE at interviews, networking events and industry forums.
• Maintain and expand a network within the legal community in the UAE and wider GCC.
• Develop sourcing strategies and support talent mapping projects.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or resourcing, ideally in legal, consultancy or professional services sectors in the UAE.
• Ideally a strong network of lawyers or legal professionals, or the drive to build one quickly.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A relationship-driven mindset, able to balance several recruitment processes and candidates at once.
• Polished, professional and confident, yet warm, approachable and genuine.
