Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

Kingdom Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment of real‑estate brokers and property consultants in Dubai. You will own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding, ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent for our growing brokerage team.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants.
• Proactively headhunt agents from Dubai real‑estate brokerages.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and direct outreach to attract candidates.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone or online interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate final interviews.
• Manage candidate follow‑ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong database and active recruitment pipeline.
• Coordinate offers, joining documentation and onboarding.
• Track recruitment activity, including candidates contacted, interviewed, offered and joined.
• Support basic HR and recruitment coordination when required.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Dubai real‑estate brokerage recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and consistent with follow‑ups.
• Self‑driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable taking ownership of recruitment in a growing company.
