Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate Recruiter

About the role

Property Legacy is seeking an in‑house Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment of real‑estate professionals across Dubai and the wider UAE. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers, handling the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑quality real‑estate candidates using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and engage candidates throughout the process.
• Screen and qualify candidates, conduct initial calls and interviews alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and support the offer and onboarding stages.
• Stay updated on Dubai real‑estate talent market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing.
• Experience recruiting within Dubai/UAE real‑estate is highly desirable.
• Motivated by targets, results and earning potential.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai.
