Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader. The position is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, engaging and hiring qualified candidates across the organization while ensuring a smooth full-cycle recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new-hire documentation for selected candidates.

Required profile

• Experience managing candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
