Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely on a full‑time basis. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen and present qualified candidates across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, handling follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and placement.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
