Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build pipelines and drive full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
