Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader. This fully remote position will manage end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple departments, building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding activities and prepare new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and best practices.
