Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a remote, full‑time basis. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive efficient, high‑quality hiring across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
