Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely for a global technology leader. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and support full‑cycle recruiting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an ATS to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
