Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Manager

About the role

Join the House of AMOUAGE as a Manager responsible for shaping talent strategies that attract, develop and retain exceptional people across the organisation. Working closely with the VP of HR and business leaders, you will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, performance management and talent development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable recruitment strategies, manage digital platforms such as LinkedIn and the careers page.
• Lead performance management programmes, oversee annual and bi‑annual reviews, PIP, PDP and goal‑setting with line managers.
• Develop and deliver talent development and instructional design programmes in partnership with L&D specialists.
• Build succession and talent mapping frameworks, maintain partnerships with educational institutions for internships and apprenticeships.
• Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders and external vendors to align talent initiatives with business strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, performance management or talent development within a fast‑paced, matrixed or multinational environment.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
