Talent Development & Employee Engagement Manager

About the role

The client, a leading manufacturing and engineering organization in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic Talent Development & Employee Engagement Manager. The role will drive learning, capability building, employee experience and culture initiatives across a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy, conduct training needs analysis and create competency frameworks.
• Develop technical, behavioral and leadership programs, manage succession planning and high‑potential talent pipelines.
• Lead employee engagement calendar, wellness, recognition, events and culture‑building activities.
• Partner with department heads on leadership development, organizational change and performance management.
• Produce HR analytics, dashboards and reports on training ROI, engagement scores and retention trends.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of HR experience focused on talent development, L&D and employee engagement.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, EPC or heavy‑industry environments.
• Experience managing initiatives for both blue‑collar and white‑collar staff in multicultural GCC settings.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field; professional certifications (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
