Talent Management Consultant – In‑House Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Management Consultant to join a large public‑sector organisation in Abu Dhabi. The role will act as the subject‑matter expert for talent, performance, learning, career development and succession planning, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen organisational capability. The position reports directly to senior HR leadership and will influence workforce capability at an organisational level.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the talent management strategy, frameworks and roadmap.
• Lead performance‑management cycles, including goal setting, calibration and annual reviews.
• Drive talent‑review and succession‑planning programmes for critical positions.
• Conduct learning‑needs analysis and oversee learning‑and‑development initiatives.
• Create and manage career‑development and internal‑mobility frameworks.
• Develop talent analytics, reporting and workforce‑insights dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure governance, change‑management and programme adoption.

Required profile

• Native or business‑fluent Arabic speaker.
• 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3‑5 years focused on talent management, performance management or learning & development.
• Proven track record in performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and career development.
• Strong understanding of UAE public‑sector HR frameworks and Emiratisation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree and a professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent).
